Fisher-Tropsch wax is made by
Fisher-Tropsch process with high-melting point(more than
**0℃).theyhave
microcrystalline
structure，and a
light retention.It is also knows as for F-T wax
or Krupp
waxes.They are synthesis of
polymer with carbon monoxide and hydrogen.This kind of wax are
harder than any other waxes with white colour.it can formed a high
luster.It is also
not
contain sulfur and oil. After
melting,it becomes to the liquid like clean water.It
has better electrical property than paraffin, According to the
need, it can formed different waxes with high melting point. It can
replace carnauba wax in terms of color.
Application:
Plastic Industry:sasol wax can be applied to plastic processing,
such as injection, extrusion and granulation
industry.
Ink and coating:When it is become powder particles shape used in
the printing ink,it can improve the wear resistance of the
application materials,wrinkles resistance.when it used om coating
in micro powder satate it can form the effect of stripe and water
lines wrinkling.and then joining powder coating in the extrusion
process,then lubrication mey reduce the screw torque,reduce energy
consumption increase production efficiency.
Adhesive:F-T wax is the ideal synthesis wax used of hot melt
adhesive EVA.High-melting-point of wax can improve the heat
resistant of adhesive and make it dry quickly.
